1. 100% satisfaction is guaranteed on all finished orders.

2. Creation fees are payable at the time your session is scheduled. All portrait/product orders must be paid in full at the time of order.

3. Creation fees are non-refundable but may be applied towards a rescheduled session with a 48-hour cancellation notice.

4. When conditions are too rainy or windy at the time of your photo session to create beautiful images, we will make every attempt to reschedule your session for the first mutually available date.  Clients who cancel the day of, or day before, their portrait session because of the possibility of rain or wind during their photo shoot forfeit their creation fees and opportunity to apply their creation fees towards a rescheduled session.  Avalon Art Photography does not guarantee sunny skies and beautiful weather for every photo shoot.

5. 7% New Jersey Sales Tax is applicable on all purchases

6. Images from your session are held for 30 days. After your order is complete, we will archive your purchased images for one year.

7. Avalon Art Photography accepts Visa, Master Card and Checks.

8. A $350 non-refundable advance is required before any proofs or previews are printed or posted online for a client. This advance will be applied towards your order.

9. All images remain the property of Photojeania, Inc. and are protected by federal copyright laws; copying of any kind without permission is strictly prohibited.

10. Square sizes are available upon request. For pricing, please refer to the closest size up (for example, a 20x20 is the same price as a 20x24).

11. All sessions and studio visits are by appointment only

13. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your portraits to be completed. Orders can be expedited for an additional charge.

14. All portraits 4x5 and larger are mounted.
