1. 100% satisfaction is guaranteed on all finished orders.

2. Creation fees are payable at the time your session is booked. All portrait/product orders must be paid in full at the time of order.

3. Creation fees are non-refundable but may be applied towards a rescheduled session with a 24-hour cancellation notice.

4. 7% New Jersey Sales Tax is applicable on all purchases

5. Images from your session are held for 30 days. After your order is complete, we will archive your purchased images for one year.

6. Avalon Art Photography accepts Visa, Master Card, Cash, and Checks.

7. Removal of braces is not included in any studio package or product, but can be done for an additional charge

8. A $350 non-refundable advance is required before your “Magazine” can leave the studio. This amount will be applied towards your order.

9. All images remain the property of Avalon Art Photography and are protected by federal copyright laws; copying of any kind without permission is strictly prohibited.

10. Square sizes are available upon request. For pricing, please refer to the closest size up (for example, a 20x20 is the same price as a 20x24).

11. All sessions and studio visits are by appointment only

13. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your portraits to be completed. Orders can be expedited for an additional charge.

14. All portraits 8x10 and larger are mounted.
